SMB Accounting and Consulting does not complete tax returns, however we can make sure your books look good prior to filing, saving you time and money. For tax accounting services, we are partnered with Bloom CPAs and Advisors.

Absolutely! Thanks to virtual meeting spaces and secure document sharing, we can help you from anywhere in the world. Our free initial consult will help us determine how best we can support your business needs.

Why should I consult a CPA firm?

Consulting with a CPA firm allows you to have a third party review your internal controls and evaluate your accounting system. Though any business can benefit from CPA services, those involved with government contracting can utilize such services to help them prepare for new grants, help them bid on jobs, or prepare them for a government agency audit.

What do you do to keep my information safe?

I have not previously used QuickBooks, can you teach me?

Yes! We are certified in QuickBooks Online and have extensive experience working with QuickBooks Desktop. We can help you learn the ins and outs to run your business successfully.

Do I have to use QuickBooks?

No. We have experience using multiple accounting platforms including Sage 50 and Unanet.

Can you help me with payroll?

Sure! We can run payroll remotely for you on the schedule that your company needs. We can also ensure that timekeeping procedures and processes are government complaint. We have experience using Tsheets, Gusto, ADP, Unanet, ClickTime, and Paycor.
